1. Zero Ranking Bias
Tariff recommendations and cost comparisons are generated using pure integer-pence math based on user consumption and rate inputs. Commercial commission never influences tariff rankings, visibility, or recommendation outcomes.
2. Explicit Customer Approval
Padlock never executes automated or stealth switches. Every supplier switch application requires explicit customer confirmation and verification of contract terms, Direct Debit details, and cooling-off notices.
3. Verified Data Integrity
We process bill extractions with deterministic post-processing validation safeguards. Unverified, missing, or ambiguous details are flagged for human review before final calculations.
4. Strict Compliance & Auditability
All calculation snapshots, recommendation evaluations, customer consents, and switch applications are persisted in append-only database audit logs for full compliance tracking.
Supplier Commission & Neutrality Policy
We may receive a commission if you switch through Padlock. Commission does not affect how we rank tariffs.
